International Industrial Development/Offset Senior Manager - Belgium

Lockheed Martin is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced International Industrial Development (ID)/ Offset Senior Manager to support our operations in Germany, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive expertise in industrial development, industrial participation, offsets, and countertrade arrangements.

Ideally we would like the successful candidate to reside near Brussels, Belgium or near Berlin, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the local Industrial Development in-country team leader, managing customer relationships in coordination with Business Area leadership across designated countries.
• Collaborate with Industrial Development, Business Development, and program teams to develop strategic industrial programs that align with corporate objectives.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to drive international growth, identifying and activating new business opportunities while solving complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-corporate Industrial Development coordination, ensuring seamless execution of programs.
• Act as the primary liaison between Business Areas and industrial partners, authorities, businesses, and councils, fostering strong relationships with key military, academic, and government leaders.
• Engage with senior leadership and key decision-makers to advance LM business opportunities.
• Communicate, coordinate, and align strategies with Business Area Industrial Development leadership, ensuring a unified OneLM approach to business and industrial strategies.
• Present and advocate Lockheed Martin's industrial initiatives to senior government and industry leaders to secure buy-in and achieve targeted results.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and international regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in Industrial Development/Offset or Business Development.
• Strong background in international business, with proven experience in European markets.
• In-depth knowledge of European industrial development programs and policies, including expertise in site surveys, contractor oversight, agreement negotiations, and post-performance reporting.
• Good German speaking skills
• Exceptional customer relations skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level relationships.
• Outstanding verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with strong leadership and organizational abilities to align diverse stakeholders toward common objectives.
• Ability to analyze and interpret international customer needs and translate them into actionable business strategies.
• Willingness to travel globally without restriction, operating effectively in a fast-paced, highly competitive international environment.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while aligning with corporate goals and objectives.
