Investment Director

This position will involve sourcing new deals, leading the execution of transactions, and managing portfolio companies. Core Responsibilities

1. Lead the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities in target sectors.
2. Oversee financial modelling, due diligence, and deal execution processes.
3. Work closely with senior partners and portfolio management teams to monitor investments and add value post-acquisition.
4. Present investment opportunities to the investment committee, articulating key financial metrics and risks.
5. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investment banks, advisors, and other financial partners.

Essential Experience

1. 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
2. Strong experience in sourcing, executing, and managing investments in technology, financial services, or healthcare sectors.
3. Proven track record in financial modelling, valuations, and conducting due diligence.
4. Experience working on high-value, complex transactions.

Requirements

1. A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field from a top university.
2. CFA, ACA, or CPA designation is mandatory.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and external stakeholders.
