VANRATH is partnering with a prestigious global law firm to find a highly skilled Invoice & Payment Systems Manager. This renowned firm operates across more than thirty countries, offering a dynamic and expansive career path for the right candidate.

The role allows for a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week spent in a modern Belfast city centre office and two days working remotely. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break, and the role is permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the transactional eBilling processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operation across multiple locations.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing structural changes to enhance the overall service provided by the team.
- Conducting regular reviews of team processes, recommending and instituting necessary changes to boost efficiency.
- Setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance targets for the team, driving performance and accountability.
- Developing a robust reporting framework to track billing quality across all offices, collaborating closely with local teams to ensure continual improvements.
- Assessing individual team members' skills and distributing tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
- Supporting team development by encouraging growth opportunities and promoting responsibility.
- Creating clear career development paths and succession planning for team members.
- Championing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar management role, ideally within finance or billing.
- Proven ability to lead transactional finance teams, with a strong focus on achieving individual and team-based performance targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Experience working in a multicultural, global environment, managing relationships with clients and teams across various countries.
- Familiarity with electronic invoicing systems is advantageous, though not essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
