Our clients dynamicIP team is expanding, and seeking an Associate with 1-4 years PQE to join their IntellectualProperty team in London!
As part of the team, you'll collaborate closely with Partners on high-quality work encompassing both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. You'll support clients throughout the life cycleof their IP rights, whether in multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution or complex IP agreements.As part of the Commercial Group, the IP team collaborates with Privacy & Data, IT&Tech, Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Services, and Commercial & Projects specialists.
The firm assist clients across diverse sectors, including brands, technology, and life sciences. The work spans trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, trade secrets, and breach of confidence.

Ideal Candidate:
- Associate with 1-4 years of PQE.
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters preferred.
- Completion of the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice desirable.
- Exposure to intellectual property rights including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, or confidential information.
- Familiarity with pre-action correspondence, case management, trial, and IP due diligence.
- Candidates with a STEM background or strong interest in science and technology are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support clients throughout the lifecycle of their IP rights.
- Strong communication and business development skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with flexibility between home and office.
