Some of the main duties of the IT End-User Systems Technician will include:

1. Provide advanced technical support - Diagnose and resolve complex issues
2. Manage and maintain our Windows environment, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices running at peak performance
3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot our PC and laptop environment
4. Support remote and on-site users across the Southeast of England

In order to be the successful IT End-User Systems Technician and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

1. Technical Problem-Solver - You have at least 5 years of hands-on IT Support experience
2. Microsoft Environment Expert - You know Windows 10/11 inside and out and understand networking principles
3. You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable travelling to support users at different locations
