IT Network Operations Coordinator - Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations and support services related to ICT infrastructure.
  • Monitor incidents and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal application owners, ICT experts, and third-party service providers.
  • Manage onboarding of new services and users to the organization's secure communication network.
  • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and incident records.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and post-incident reviews.


IT Network Operations Coordinator - Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure network operations or IT Support
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and service management frameworks (certification is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is an asset.
  • Eligibility to work in Belgium and flexibility for occasional travel within Europe.
