We currently have offices in Sheffield (our HQ), Leeds, Manchester & Bristol.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and software.
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Good understanding of large scale transformation.
  • Strong background in IT strategy road mapping.
  • Understanding of cyber/IT security including data and AI.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Robust knowledge and background in cloud-based applications such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • The ability to pay close attention to systems and environments to accurately identify, replicate, and fix issues.
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks, often under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and principles of cyber security.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and customer service capabilities.
  • Knowledgeable of AI and associated tooling including policy acceptance frameworks.
  • Understanding of Google Workspace.
