IT Strategy Architect

Nexeo Belgium is currently looking for experienced Enterprise Architects to support a major financial institution in Brussels in shaping their overall IT Strategy.

Mission Context:

As part of the IT Architecture team, you'll contribute to defining and implementing an effective and efficient IT strategy to ensure future-proof infrastructure and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior architects to refine the ambitions of the IT Strategy & Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to capture key strategy topics, such as constraints, enablers, roadmaps, and action plans.
• Document roadmaps, proposals, and architecture studies.
• Support gap analysis, impact analysis, and transversal portfolio management.
• Assist in preparing budget requests for architecture-driven projects.
• Lead ad hoc architecture studies to tackle specific challenges.

Your Profile:

• Education: Background in IT with extensive enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in IT strategy development and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with both legacy and modern digital technologies.
• Exposure to financial services (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• IT architecture in simplification and rationalization contexts.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in delivering compelling proposals to gain organizational buy-in.
• Agile mindset and hands-on approach to strategy development.

Languages:

• Fluent in French or Dutch.
• Good command of English (mandatory).

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid model: 50% on-site in Brussels (near Central Station) and 50% homeworking.
