As an IT Support Associate, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
  2. Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
  3. Assisting in training new hires.
  4. Continuous learning of new technologies.
  5. Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
  6. Moving up to 49lbs as well as standing and walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
  7. Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience.
  2. Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
  3. Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
  2. Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
