ITSM Business Analyst - Halo

Have you implemented Halo ITSM or Service Now end to end? My enterprise scale client is replacing their Legacy ITSM platform with a new Halo solution.
This role sits outside IR35 and is initially 3 months, with opportunity for further extension.
They re right at the start of the project and you'll need to capture the operational requirements, map out the AS-IS and TO-BE from the various user groups of the incumbent ITSM platform, and hand hold them through to implementation and go live.
We have service provider support and additonal resource to support aspects but this is very much a lead from the front, take ownership role.
They are keen to release the full potential of Halo which will transform and benefit both their IT support operations, and the wider operational areas.
Your previous HALO experience will be very valuable!
They re a multi-site operation, fast paced and dynamic, with a strong service delivery focus.
There will be some flexibility but due to the nature of the work you'll need to be on-site at their Hatfield, Hertfordshire offices.
