EXCLUSIVE - Java SDET - Contract

We are exclusively engaged with a high profile FS business based in The City on the below contract.

Java SDET
£600 per day (umbrella)
3-days in the office per week
London - Liverpool Street
6-month initial contract

Requirements

1. Create a Java based automation framework to perform tests for a real-time analytics solution.
2. Design, create and implement test scenarios for the solution.
3. Oversee and help with the end of day analytics automation test platform.
4. Design test scenarios that need to be tested by the end of day solution.

Experience

1. Design, oversee and implement an automation framework.
2. Analysis of business and non-functional requirements and design test scenarios for them.

Skills

1. Analysis and implementation of test scenarios.
2. Design of automation frameworks.
3. Java (Mid level).
4. Message queues (ideally Kafka and Pub/sub).
5. SQL (ideally Big query).
6. Cloud computing (ideally GCP).

You must be based in London, with the right to work in the UK to be considered. Those without experience building test frameworks for real-time trading or analytics platforms will not be considered at this time.
