About the job you're considering

Embedded Software Engineer: Portsmouth/Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

The role to help build next generation Satellite communication terminals.

Your skills and experience

Solid knowledge (2/3 years) of modern C++ (14/17) software engineering, on Linux platform.
Basic knowledge of software development for embedded systems.
Basic knowledge of Intel or ARM processors architecture.

Nice to have:
Previous experience of working in Agile or Scrum environment.
Ability to work in Linux environment (IDE: Eclipse CDT)
Knowledge of Atlassian toolset (e.g. Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
