Junior ICT Systems Specialist (German Speaking)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Junior ICT Systems Specialist (German Speaking). The role is a permanent position based Bern Canton with one day per week home office.

Your Role:

• Hold responsibility for the operation & engineering of a hybrid server environment.
• Carry out monitoring, troubleshooting & change & release management.
• Ensure a functioning network (Juniper, WAN/LAN/WLAN, Azure Networking).
• Support the service desk, 2nd-level support & ticket tracking for 3rd-level support.
• Assume sub-project management responsibilities & collaborate within ICT projects.

Your Skills:

• From 1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in Windows OS environments.
• Skilled & experienced in Windows Server 2019/2022, Microsoft 365, Azure & Hybrid Active Directory.
• Experienced in all or most of the following: Exchange 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, SQL Server, Intune & Power Apps.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, preferably with specialization in Systems Engineering or Platform Development.
• Fluent in English & a very good command of German language (to at least B2 level) are mandatory requirements.
