Our group has over 600 employees and works with major clients in the Energy, Environment, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Food industries on industrial and digital projects.

The Mission

To support the group's growth, we are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Industrial Engineer. You will contribute to the improvement of industrial processes and the optimization of operational performance by developing innovative solutions.

Your main responsabilities will include :

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions tailored to the company's needs.
• Contribute to the management of industrial projects and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Your Profile

Graduated from an industrial engineering school with a bioprocess, biomed or bioengineer focus, you want to boost your career by working on innovative projects with major Belgian and international industrial companies.

• You have an engineering degree in industrial engineering, with a focus on bioprocess, biomed or bioengineering.
• You have between 0 and 2 years experience in an industrial environment.
• You know about process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.
• You have proficiency in industrial modeling and analysis software.
• You have strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit.
• You are fluent in Dutch and in English. (required)
• You have a legal authorization to work in Belgium (Nationality, Work permit, ). (required)
