About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Campaign Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support the execution of an integrated marketing campaign across EMEA and APAC. This 6-month fixed term contract (FTC) is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for influencer and brand marketing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, creative, strategy and influencer management, to ensure seamless campaign delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, working on a globally recognised program in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end project management of the program, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in the trafficking and assignment of work to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Understand the nuance and detail required to deliver on the program, including data compliance requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Maintain project trackers, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Attend internal meetings, taking notes and following up on action points.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation.
• Work with finance teams to ensure timely payments and budget alignment.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, project trackers, and asset libraries.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in campaign execution and reporting.

Qualifications/Attributes:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
• Experience or passion for working with influencers, talent, or social media campaigns is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Trello) is an advantage.
