Job Description

For a global investment management firm providing asset management solutions to a diverse client base. The Operations division which insures seamless execution, risk management, and client service excellence is looking for a Junior Operations Specialist.

As a Junior Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our institutional clients by ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the broader AM integration. You will gain hands-on experience in asset management operations, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and develop a strong foundation in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop a deep understanding of client needs and support their integration into the broader AM organization.
-Serve as a single point of contact for AM Operations, coordinating client issues across teams.
-Align with stakeholders on integration of activities, services, and reporting.
-Demonstrate project management skills to drive integration and regulatory changes.
-Ensure accuracy of accounting data and maintain oversight of accounting policies.
-Collaborate with client relationship and implementation teams to facilitate new business and account transitions.
-Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before they impact clients.
-Analyze workflows and trends to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Master's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
-Affinity with the financial industry, particularly asset management.
-Native Dutch speaker preferred; fluency in English required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
-Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and proactive.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-Some relevant experience in Operations or Financial Services is a plus but not required.
