Of ben je als verpleegkundige betrokken bij een pijnkliniek?


Bij een van onze partners hebben een opportuniteit voor een Key Account Manager (KAM) voor de regio Leuven - Antwerpen - Oost-Vlaanderen (driehoek Tienen - Zuid Antwerpen - Aalst), incl. UZ Leuven, UZA, UZ Brussel, OLV Aalst,


We zoeken geen harde verkoper, maar iemand die sterk is in het uitbouwen van partnerships met behandelende teams en verwijzende artsen.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In-depth understanding of the organization and decision processes in the key accounts
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the key account and key account environment.
  • Build and implement a cross functional key account action plan
  • Identify the resources needed for the local action plan
  • Develop and implement value-adding projects based on customer needs, insights, organization and decision processes and becomes a reliable long term trusted partner.
  • Ensure successful, sustainable, ethical and medically recommended sales of the company's brands


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably scientific background
  • Several years of relevant experience as a hospital patient engagement specialist, KAM, sales specialist
  • Or nurse related to pain clinic
  • Expert in project management and Key Account Excellence
  • Very strong Communication skills, bridge builder

  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Advanced selling & negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to use all available tools including digital and omnichannel approach
