Job Description

Nexeo Belgium is currently looking for a KYC Business Group Coordinator to support Corporate Banking operations for a leading financial institution.

Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company supporting clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all phases of their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all KYC-related inquiries from clients and Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure operational support and control of KYC processes within Corporate Banking.
  • Coordinate KYC activities across different entities within the BNP Paribas Group.
  • Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction by proactively addressing KYC challenges.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC-related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Good expertise in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with various IT tools used in KYC processes.
  • Business Knowledge:
  • Strong background in KYC operations.
  • Interest in finance and banking products.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills; diplomatic and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Stress-resistant and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model: 50% on-site (Brussels), 50% remote after the initial training period.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders in Corporate Banking.
