Hybrid: 2 remote working days weekly.

We're a rapidly expanding team of talented, ambitious individuals based in the heart of several of the world's biggest centres of innovation and industry. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Onboarding KYC Team Lead in our London office, reporting to our Head of KYC.

What you'll be doing

• Leading a culturally diverse team of skilled KYC Analysts ensuring they execute the processes to required standards to onboard new clients.
• Driving quality, quantity, and contribution to business improvement.
• Managing escalations from internal/external stakeholders and their expectations.
• Championing process improvements in a dynamic environment.
• Undertaking all aspects of performance management with the team.

About you, you have

• Previous experience in Financial Services. Fintech experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent people management skills.
• The ability to utilise data to assess and make decisions quickly.
• Proven experience and interest in impacting various process and policy improvements.
