Description:
Are you based in London and interested in working for two luxury beauty brands? Then the Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager role for La Prairie & Chantecaille may be of interest to you. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in store design and visual merchandising to elevate brand presence for La Prairie and Chantecaille across UK & Ireland, ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience across all points of sale.

Main Accountabilities

Store Design
• Lead all La Prairie & Chantecaille new door openings and renovations in the UK & Ireland from brief to installation.
• Coordinate with Global and Regional SD/VM teams, local GM, retail and marketing teams, retailers and suppliers.
• Manage all store design timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects stay within budget and are delivered on time.
• Ensure all new store design projects are compliant with global brand guidelines while suiting and adapting to local market needs.
• Ensure all projects are tracked and reported accurately on internal software.
• Follow up on existing store status including maintenance, store closures and counter removals.

Visual Merchandising
• Responsible for implementing the La Prairie and Chantecaille Visual Merchandising strategies in the UK.
• Manage all visual merchandising projects and rollouts, providing field teams with comprehensive VM guidelines based on brand calendar activity to ensure at-counter excellence.
• Manage all Lightbox updates in alignment with each brand's calendar, including artwork briefs and installations.
• Deliver Chantecaille Mono unit / gondola template updates across all Space NK doors, liaising with global brand teams and Space NK merch teams.
• Responsible for forecasting, allocating and coordinating the installation of all La Prairie and Chantecaille VM collateral for rollouts, managing local productions as necessary.
• Share VM implementation reports for key stores based on brand calendar activity.
• Provide all necessary VM training for field teams including VM guidelines for all launches to ensure excellence in execution.
• Support ad-hoc maintenance requests to ensure consistent luxury execution in B&M doors.
• Lead retailtainment builds supporting brand calendar moments, from brief to installation.
• Manage the VM and Maintenance budget, supporting the respective brands' Head of Marketing.
• Key VM liaison for the UK&I market with La Prairie and Chantecaille global and regional teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards are met.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience:
• 5+ years' experience in store design and visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury beauty or retail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail industry; cosmetic experience is a plus.
• Experience in supplier management for Store Design and Visual Merchandising projects.
Skills:
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Possess a practical background in retail design and development.
• An organized team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Fluent in English; all other languages are an asset.
• Ability to travel across the UK and Ireland as required.
