Job Description
Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a Lawyer - IP/IT Your role: You will join a team of highly skilled legal professionals who are experts in their fields. You will quickly have direct involvement in a variety of legal cases under the guidance of senior team members. Your tasks will include :
  • Advise clients on technology, media and telecommunications law on matters related to software, digital business, e-commerce, platform, cybersecurity and cyber-resilience;
  • Guide clients through their compliance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations;
  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (such as licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, service agreements, etc.);
  • Advise on the protection, registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights (particularly within the technology sector);
  • Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings related to TMT, data protection and IP laws;
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address complex legal challenges.
Your profile:
  • You hold a university degree (Bac + 5) in law (preferably completed in two countries including France or Belgium);
  • You have a significant first professional experience in IP law, data protection and new technologies;
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German would be considered an asset;
  • Your intellectual agility and analytical mind combined with your excellent legal knowledge are your strongest assets;
  • You give your best in a work environment where the subject matter is varied and constantly evolving.
