Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

As a leading SaaS provider in the FinTech space, they are entrusted with safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring the resilience of our platform. They are searching for a seasoned Lead AWS Security Engineer to champion their security posture and lead the team of dedicated security professionals.

What you'll bring to the fortress:

• AWS Mastery: You possess deep knowledge of AWS security services and best practices, including IAM, KMS, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and more.
• Security Expertise: You have a strong understanding of security principles, methodologies, and industry standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
• Threat Hunting Acumen: You're adept at identifying and mitigating security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Leadership Prowess: You have a proven track record of leading and mentoring security teams, fostering a culture of security awareness.
• Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• London Calling: You're based in or around London and are comfortable with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office).

What you'll defend:

• Security Architecture: You'll design, implement, and maintain a robust security architecture for our AWS cloud environment.
• Threat Detection & Response: You'll lead the development and implementation of security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management programs.
• Compliance & Governance: You'll ensure that our security practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Security Awareness: You'll promote a security-conscious culture within the organization through training and education initiatives.
• Team Leadership: You'll guide and mentor a team of talented security engineers, fostering their growth and development.

Our stronghold of benefits:
