Lead Compensation Analyst

Oakleaf is delighted to be partnered with a market leading investment management firm in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst. The post holder will partner with the business, providing expert analysis and advise to stakeholder regarding all compensation matters.
The Lead Compensation Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Be the point of contact for HR and Manager for all compensation related matters.
- Support the firm wide annual salary and bonus review.
- Conduct market analysis and share findings with internal stakeholders. Ensure compensation levels are competitive to attract and retain talent.
- Advise on compensation levels for new hires with supporting analysis.
- Lead on various compensation related projects when required.
- Support the preparation of analysis and content for Compensation Committees.
- Maintain an up to date and in depth knowledge of regulatory matters and requirements. Produce and submit regulatory reports.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience in compensation, preferably within Financial Services.
- This is a highly visible role in the business and requires the post holder to have a consultative style approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation practices and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and numeracy skills. Strong excel abilities and comfortable working with large data sets, producing and communicating insights.
- Proactive approach and willingness to use initiative.
