Lead D365 Field Service Consultant - Full Remote - Long-Term - Outside IR35

One of my leading clients is seeking a Senior Functional Lead specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to lead strategic implementation projects, optimize field operations, and bridge complex integrations with SAP S/4HANA.

As a Senior Functional Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless business process mapping, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities while mentoring junior consultants and working closely with client stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills and Experience (All must be met)

• Extensive Scheduling Experience:

Proven expertise in Universal Resource Scheduling (URS).

Deep understanding of Resource Requirements, Booking Rules, Work Order management, and optimization of crews, territories, and time zones.

• Experience with Emergency Scheduling:

Hands-on experience handling ad-hoc, high-priority, and Real Time rescheduling scenarios.

Knowledge of SLA-driven dispatching and escalation handling within Dynamics 365 Field Service.

• IoT and Dynamics 365 Field Service:

Practical experience with connecting IoT telemetry data into Field Service Work Order generation.

Familiarity with Azure IoT Hub or similar platforms used to enable device-to-Field Service workflows.

• Extensive Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile Application:

Deep understanding of Field Service Mobile architecture (offline/online modes).

Expertise in mobile forms customization, mobile security setup, and mobile sync troubleshooting.

• Integration with SAP Modules (SAP S/4HANA):

Demonstrated experience integrating Field Service with SAP modules
