Your new role
In your new role, you will be stick welding & fitting large manufacturing company products, as you follow engineering drawings to high standards of work. You will be based at different sites throughout the UK alongside a small team of hard-working engineers keeping up with the large ongoing order books and ensuring all work is completed to schedule.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need a strong work ethic to fit in with a fast-paced 'non-stop' working environment as you complete a 12-on-2 off shift pattern. It is advantageous that you hold an NVQ or C&G in this field, however, applicants can still be considered without.
