Lead Full-Stack Developer

We're partnered with an ambitious start-up, developing a SaaS healthcare application - they're seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join their growing team.

This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful societal impact through advanced digital tools designed to improve lives. This is done via the use of a variety of modern technologies such as VR, AI integration and mobile/web applications.

You will play a pivotal role in leading technical development across multiple domains. This position involves high-level system design, hands-on coding, and strategic decision-making to bring their projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead full-stack development initiatives, encompassing both frontend and backend systems.
• Define and implement system architecture, including APIs and communication protocols.
• Develop modern web (and mobile) applications using technologies such as React (& React Native), Angular, or Vue.js.
• Manage backend infrastructure with expertise in Node.js or Nest.js
• Collaborate on AI and cybersecurity enhancements for emerging projects.
• Work independently, leading projects from concept to deployment, and mentor junior team members.
• Apply cloud-based solutions and DevOps practices to ensure scalability and performance.

Your Profile:

• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development with a startup or agile mindset.
• Strong proficiency in both web and mobile technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under evolving challenges.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI or cybersecurity tools is advantageous.
• Fluency in French is required.
