They are looking for a Lead Product Designer with deep UX/UI expertise to create simple, intuitive, and delightful mobile experiences for their users in a fast-paced start-up environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design simple and effective product journeys with sharp UI to bring the brand to life.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to take features from conception to launch.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across the product.
• Focus on pixel-perfect design while also adding moments of delight for users.
• Balance user research with quick iteration to create high-quality products.
• Be willing to flex your schedule for meetings outside your time zone as needed.

Essential Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience designing consumer apps, with bonus points for fintech experience.
• Strong UX skills with an intuitive sense for simplicity.
• Deep empathy for users and a user-first design philosophy.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers to bring designs to life.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with brand, graphics, or animations.
• Previous experience working in fintech or similar industries.
• A strong ability to balance user research with quick iteration and shipping.
