Lead Qualified Teacher of the Deaf

Laycock Primary School
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: Full-Time
SALARY RANGE: UPS 1-3 plus MAX SEN allowance (dependent on experience)
ACTUAL SALARY: £60,700 - £65,377 (£55,415 - £60,092 plus MAX SEN Allowance £5,284)
REQUIRED FOR: September 2025

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Qualified Teacher of the Deaf to lead and innovate within our Deaf Provision team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-quality provision, inspire others, and make a lasting difference in the lives of our pupils. At Laycock, our philosophy centres around empowering all children to become confident and independent, equipped with the necessary skills to reach their full potential. As the Lead Qualified Teacher of the Deaf, you will play a pivotal role in strategically leading and managing the deaf provision, working alongside the school SENDCo, collaborating with the Senior Leadership team and various London Boroughs.
