Description

Our client, an established Salesforce partner are seeking a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their team.

If you have experience in the nonprofit / charity sector, specifically in donor management then they would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant you will be responsible for:

- Leading workshops to thoroughly understand and document client requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
- Estimating effort and overseeing the delivery and implementation of Salesforce solutions to clients.
- Engaging with and supporting various stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Skills

For this Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant position you must have:

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration.
- Experience with full life cycle Salesforce implementation.
- Fully proficient with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with the Agile development process.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience with fundraising projects, with a deep understanding of donor acquisition and management, particularly in digital acquisition.

Qualifications

ADM201 certification and a Salesforce Consultant certification are required.
