Home, a place where you belong

Are you ready to shape the future of Salesforce at Home Group? As our Salesforce Architect, you'll be the pioneer, crafting a visionary roadmap for all things Salesforce, leading Home Group into a new era of innovation and excellence. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and guide teams towards achieving our ambitious goals, leveraging Salesforce to drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and enable us to become a truly customer-centric organisation that directly improves the lives of our customers.

Typical day as a Lead Salesforce Technical Architect:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop your long-term, strategic roadmap to implement our Salesforce strategy and achieve our vision.
  • Lead challenging Salesforce projects, focusing on driving value through automation, integration, and improved customer engagement.
  • Support the team and wider department with your specialist knowledge, whether it's designing scalable architecture, optimising workflows, or ensuring data integrity-your insight will be invaluable.
  • Present and adapt your roadmaps to peers, senior leaders, or at events to share your knowledge, seek feedback, and foster collaboration.

Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers' lives for the better? You'll do that here, working for a top 10 Great Place to Work Employer!

You bring

  • Proven experience in implementing Salesforce solutions that incorporate people, processes, and technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and platform capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration with systems such as ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
  • Experience of working with internal or external customers to design robust, commercially sound technical solutions.
  • An ability to rapidly upskill in new areas or technologies, adapting to emerging needs.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A knack for mentoring and leading, even without direct authority, and a drive to foster collaborative and winning team spirits.

Our team

You'll work in a small (but perfectly formed) team of Architects for Tom, our Head of Architecture. He's a family man with terrible taste in both music and film! He comes from a commercial background and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Home Group and is perfectly placed to support you when you join. Tom is responsible for leading the team, and by his side we know you'll move mountains!
