This is a great opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer experienced in .NET Microservices and Azure to join Manchester's next big FinTech startup!

Last year I was helping recruit their brand-new engineering and product team in Manchester.

With a truly unique product and no current competitors, the business has been making waves in its sector and will be looking to scale the team even more next year. To set them up for this, they are now hiring a Lead Software Engineer.

Initially you will be leading an in-house team of 6 along with an offshore team, which is slowly being rolled off. You will have your say on design, architecture and future technology decisions - they are looking for someone who wants to be involved with innovation and pushing the product to the next level.

They see the role evolving into something more senior as the company grows, so a great opportunity if you're ambitious and looking for somewhere that can offer you career progression.

You will still be hands on and will need strong experience inC#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, Microservices, Team and Technical Leadership.

It's a straightforward 2 stage interview process that doesn't include a take home tech test and can be wrapped up quickly.

The office is in Manchester with the team coming in twice a week.
