Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  1. Lead & mentor a small team of Business Analysts.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand & translate business needs.
  3. Evaluate current and emerging technologies and trends relating to the requirements and provide recommendations.
  4. Ensure alignment with IT strategies and overall business strategies, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  5. Liaise with IT and other technical colleagues on allocated business transformation projects.
  6. Oversee business readiness activities, including training, testing & change management.
  7. Own & develop Business Analysis procedures & best practices.
  8. Provide technical product ownership for workflow & automation tools.
  9. Supervise third-party development teams & support process improvements.

What You'll Need


  1. Proven Business Analysis experience, ideally in transformation projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, low code & automation tools.
  3. An excellent understanding in data analysis/Business Intelligence tools.
  4. Competence working with Prince2, APM or other recognised Project Management methodology.
  5. Experience in Agile environments & software delivery lifecycles.
  6. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  7. Strong stakeholder engagement & problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience with ERP, CRM, workflow & third-party software.
  9. Leadership skills to mentor and manage multiple priorities.
  10. Certified Business Analyst or a related qualification is preferred.
  11. Understanding of business analysis methods and their software application.
  12. Experience in supporting the delivery of IT projects.
