About The Role
We are looking for an excellent communicator and trainer to join our highly acclaimed Learning & Development team.
Foxtons is renowned for its industry-leading training programmes and this position represents an opportunity for someone passionate about helping others excel to play a key role within the People function to help further develop the talent throughout the business and drive performance.
As a Learning & Development Consultant you will support employees across the organisation via our signature blended learning programmes which combine highly interactive classroom-based workshops with engaging digital content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering a wide range of training content
- Facilitating face to face and virtual workshops
- Supporting the wider People department to create an extraordinary employee experience
- Collaborating with all departments to create continuous opportunities for all employees to grow and succeed in their roles
- Uploading content to the Foxtons learning management system and using reporting tools to track engagement and compliance
Reporting into the Director of Learning & Development, this rewarding role will involve building relationships with new starters and existing staff and identifying opportunities to make a genuine difference to their onboarding and training journey within Foxtons.

About You
The key requirement for this role is that you have a minimum of two years' experience either in a learning and development role within the property sector or in a property-related sales role.
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, a positive upbeat personality, and a passion for helping others exceed in their roles. You will be comfortable with delivery and facilitation and have a solution-focused mindset.
Professional industry-recognised qualifications within the property sector would be a bonus but are not essential.
