We are looking for a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management to drive impactful learning initiatives, particularly in Data Science training.

You will be:

1. Partnering with senior stakeholders to assess training and upskilling needs for the Data Science chapter.
2. Managing technical training programs (live, virtual, and self-paced) across multiple regions.
3. Designing and delivering engaging L&D content and formats, including onboarding, skill assessments, and innovative learning solutions.
4. Supporting change initiatives, best practice exchange, and continuous improvement of learning programs.
5. Collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal teams to develop effective learning solutions.
6. Contributing to holistic employee learning experiences, extending beyond technical training.
7. Independently managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in an ambiguous environment.

Job requirements Your profile:

1. Proven experience in PMO roles with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D).
2. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with LMS and survey tools.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
4. Excellent communication skills in English (C1), including at senior stakeholder levels.
5. Ability to manage complex projects and drive business impact through learning initiatives.
6. Must be based in London, Paris, or Berlin (stationary work).
