Transforming Learning Needs into Strategic Solutions

As a Learning Solutions Architect you will create compelling and commercially viable learning solutions to meet the goals of the Learning Business and overall CPS Workforce Development Proposition.

This is a home-based role.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing, building, and delivering learning solutions for the Learning Business, integrating people, process, and technology.
  • Partnering with Sales to co-create and showcase learning offerings to prospective clients, supporting pre-sales and bid processes.
  • Conducting research and analysis on stakeholders, competitors, markets, and technology to inform the learning solutions portfolio and roadmap.
  • Driving adoption of CPS standard learning products to enhance competitiveness and customer experience.
  • Influencing and challenging stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions, managing risks and opportunities (RADIO).
  • Working with Bid Manager and Sales Lead to ensure solutions are assured and aligned with governance processes.
  • Articulating solutions to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with win themes in both written and verbal formats.
  • Promoting continuous learning and excellence, actively participating in the CPS solutions community and shaping learning solution bids.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven ability to design, build, and deliver comprehensive learning solutions, integrating people, processes, and technology.
  • Expertise in conducting thorough research and analysis on stakeholders, competitors, markets, and technology to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with Bid Managers and Sales Leads to ensure solutions are assured and aligned with governance processes.
  • Experience working with large enterprises/organisations.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Proven track record in bid management.
  • Effective in delivering sales presentations.
