Job Description

Legal Executive

Location: Surrey (hybrid)

Salary: To £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

Our client is a fast-growing asset finance company that specializes in the provision of Asset Finance.

They are looking to expand their team due to growth and are seeking a Legal Executive.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the recovery of debts and assets by liaising with external Solicitors and a Debt Collection Agency, and legally representing our client.
  2. Gather case evidence and documentation by reviewing customer contracts and activity to establish a timeline of events, and generate legal files.
  3. Understand contractual and legal FCA regulations and apply this in your day-to-day work.
  4. Contact customers to inform them of their overdue payments and organize payment of outstanding monies.
