Job Title: Legal Executive Assistant

Location: Liverpool Street

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in the office 3 from home

Salary: Up to £55,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join one of our US law firm clients.

A highly experienced Legal EA is needed to join the London office to support the M&A/PE team, which consists of 1 partner, 2 Senior Counsel, and 5 associates. The M&A/PE team has a pool of 3 EAs.

Looking for someone with at least 5 years of LEA experience in a law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Extensive diary management
2. Travel arrangements, including flights and taxis
3. Managing communications, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence
4. Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
5. Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
6. Maintaining and updating client records and files
7. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
8. Handling confidential information with discretion

Candidate Requirements:

1. Previous EA experience in a law firm is essential
2. Resilience and professionalism
3. Involvement in billing and invoicing processes is highly desirable
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
7. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
