We represent a top tier corporate firm located in Dublin seeking a Legal Executive to join their New Homes team in what is an integral role within the organisation. This will be a varied role supporting fee earners within a renowned practice where you will get high quality, hands on experience.

This role supports a great team that provides advice to clients on all facets of Real Estate law including - commercial transactions, financing, planning, construction etc.

The Role

• Diary and file management
• Assist fee earners with high quality support work
• Document management and registration
• Production of progress reports, title deeds, related reporting documentation etc.
• Client liaison
• Billing/Invoicing experience

The Person

• At least 3+ years Legal Executive experience with a focus on Real Estate or Conveyancing
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Can work in a fast paced, growth environment
• Ability to manage your own workload
