Who You Are:We're looking for a data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented LinkedIn SDR to take our organic LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategy to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A LinkedIn expert-you know how to generate, engage, and qualify leads through LinkedIn.
- A master of outreach-you write compelling, conversion-focused messages that spark interest.
- A skilled communicator-you don't just send messages; you connect and engage.
- Data-savvy-you analyze engagement trends and optimize for better conversion.
- A strategic thinker-you understand the bigger picture of demand generation and sales pipelines.
- Bonus points if you have experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or startups!
- Write and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage B2B prospects.
- Respond to all inbound LinkedIn replies, nurturing and converting leads.
- Follow up with engaged leads and book initial qualification calls.
- Manage prospect data in HubSpot, ensuring all meeting bookings trigger the correct notifications.
- Track and report on LinkedIn campaign performance, iterating based on data insights.
