An urgent requirement for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity in Birmingham with a top-rated high street law firm. Applications are invited from Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitors at 8 years PQE+ dealing with a broad range of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters. Salary is upwards of £50K and offers a competitive package. Support will be provided to the successful applicant.

The Dispute Litigation Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters. Day-to-day duties will include the management of a varied caseload of Debt Recovery, Tenant and Property disputes, and general Civil and Commercial Litigation matters.
