Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner - GP surgery Work - Yeovil

Dream Medical urgently require an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work within a new and modern GP surgery in Yeovil.

The client is looking for a reliable, experienced and friendly Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:30 for an ongoing period to start in December. We do have accommodation available for the right candidate that is willing to commit long term.

You must:

  1. Be extremely adaptable, competent and motivated in caring for patients
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the field
  3. Suitable qualifications and have a live NMC membership as an NP
  4. You must be able to prescribe V300
  5. Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients presenting with minor illness and long term conditions
