The Role Responsibilities
- Form complex financial models for greenfield wind projects.
- Financial analysis including cash flow projections and valuation.
- FP&A budgeting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Market research for strategic planning, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
- Origination evaluations.
- Due diligence.
- Negotiate and structure M&A transactions.
- Support debt and tax equity financing.
- Collaborate with the project development team.
- Ad-hoc project development tasks.
- Work with the technical team and consultants to analyze technical viability and optimize production and capital expenditure on projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of Renewable Energy financial analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance, and FP&A.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
- M&A transactions from due diligence to deal closure.
- Reasonable knowledge of wind energy project development.
- Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
