The Role:
We are actively seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor with expertise in managing mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of M&E cost management across a variety of projects, ensuring budgets are controlled, risks are managed, and value is delivered for clients. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.
- Proven experience managing M&E packages independently.
- A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within construction.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- MRICS accreditation or be actively working towards completing their APC.
