You will be working as a maintenance electrician across various office buildings across the site.
As an maintenance electrician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities by performing a variety of electrical maintenance tasks, including emergency repairs, planned maintenance, and installations. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems and technologies while ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, refurbishment, and installation of electrical services, including emergency lighting, switchgear, distribution boards, and wiring.
- Conduct inspections and testing, certifying completed works in line with relevant standards.
- Address reactive and planned service requests promptly to exceed client expectations.
- Create detailed reports on completed works, including processes, time, and materials used.
- Engage in proactive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
- Uphold safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
