Management Accountant

This is an exciting Management Accountant position reporting to a Financial Controller for a well-established business in Bishop's Stortford.

As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, group reporting, supporting the Financial Controller with annual audit requirements, and the production of statutory accounts. You will also support the Business Information team with operational cost analysis, key cost line analysis, and key business KPIs.

Your core responsibilities will include:

1. Production of monthly management accounts and associated KPIs
2. Balance sheet reconciliations and expenditure analysis
3. Group reporting - monthly, budget, and reforecast
4. Working with the Financial Controller to ensure financial processes are efficient
5. Operational cost analysis, margin analysis, and marketing cost analysis
6. Continuous review of business KPIs and investigating variances

This role can pay £45-50K.
Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days at home).
