We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager of Operations to lead a highly experienced and dedicated team of therapists and key workers, as well as looking to expand the service by identifying educational needs within the community.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of primary schools both in the private and state aided sector, as well as a sound understanding of how the SEN department works. In-depth knowledge of SALT, OT, literacy and numeracy will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Legadel provision to ensure students' needs are met and they are making progress.
• Line manage a team of therapeutic professionals.
• Chair meetings in schools with parents and teaching staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning.
• Organise and deliver training events for staff and other stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on SEND best practices and inclusion strategies.

This position will follow a school timetable and the hours are approx. 9:00-3:30. You must have a driver's licence and transportation to attend meetings in schools.

Start date: September 2025 with transition and handover to begin within the summer term. An enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate.
