Manager SAP Procure/Plan to Pay
Location: (UK Corby or London/ US)
RS Components is seeking a Manager of SAP Procure/Plan to Pay for a permanent position. The Manager will manage a team of professionals with SAP expertise in relevant business processes and SAP functionality. This management role will lead a team of Functional Experts that will work closely with business and technology partners, translating their business and functional requirements into SAP design documents. Your strong business process knowledge, combined with your in-depth expertise in SAP Procure/Plan to Pay functionality, will be key to designing effective and efficient solutions. This role will provide leadership across project delivery and ongoing support in SAP Procure/Plan to Pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple business partners in multiple locations, focusing on delivery of projects as a Functional Expert in Finance and Controlling.
- Expertise in all business areas covered in SAP Finance and Controlling including:
- Procurement (Direct and Indirect)
- Production Planning (kitting and assembly)
- Strategic Sourcing
- Supplier Management
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Reporting and Analytics
- Support business partners, including Sr. level business partners in all aspects of the process streams.
- Support Ariba projects and initiatives.
- Experience integrating with other Procurement and WMS applications.
- Lead conversations and design sessions as a trusted advisor with business partners.
- Clearly document needs, requirements, and solutions.
About You:
The ideal candidate will contribute to the Fit to Standard approach for SAP S/4 transformations, ensuring seamless business transformations.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of SAP Experience.
- At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of all phases.
- Ability to act as a Functional Solution Architect within the functional area, providing high-level design expertise.
- Experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementations.
- Proven capability in defining SAP functional roadmaps and strategies.
- Experience in leading business process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and enhance process efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to present functional strategies and gain buy-in.
