YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in business, engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience in senior management roles (CEO, COO, Managing Director etc.)
• Knowledge in cybersecurity with a strong affinity for new technologies, as well as familiarity with risk management and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, CRA, ISO)
• Fundamental knowledge of German company structures and legal regulations, particularly regarding corporate structures, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Strong personality with the ability to bring structure and organization to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and drive profitability
• Business fluent in German and English

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth and market positioning in automotive and product cybersecurity
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and connections within the entire ecosystem to promote satisfaction, customer loyalty, and the expansion of the customer base
• Expand into new markets across Europe and promote the spread of our services through local subsidiaries to drive international growth within the Var Group
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and cybersecurity practices while effectively managing the entire business operations
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with business goals
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Drive the development and integration of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, staying ahead of industry trends
