Job Description
Managing Principal Consultant Location: Hybrid, London Salary: Up to £120,000

As a Managing Principal consultant, you will play a key role in developing a deep understanding of the specific industry domain you're assigned to. Serving as a strategic link between business and technology, you will engage directly with C-suite executives, providing thought leadership and acting as a trusted advisor. Your leadership will drive the growth of your practice, strengthen client relationships, and build high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions.

In this role, you will provide strategic insights and oversee the implementation of processes and improvements for our client. Identifying risks and effectively communicating them in a clear, actionable manner will be a critical part of your responsibilities.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and finance teams, contributing to both operational success and long-term growth. Additionally, you will bring a strong grasp of both technical cyber security concepts and business strategy, paired with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve the defined revenue and gross margin targets for your stream.

  • Develop and lead a virtual team equipped with market-relevant skills and certifications.

  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to drive comprehensive Cyber programs.

  • Contribute to the expansion of our client's global presence.

  • Partner with marketing, external agencies, and global service lines to enhance brand recognition.

  • Play an integral role in account-based marketing plans and client development strategies.

  • Act as a senior advisor, fostering trusted relationships with C-level executives.

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a relevant business field.

  • Proven experience in Financial Services, Banking, or the Public Sector.

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in information security.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are highly preferred.

  • Experience in digital marketing, go-to-market strategy development, and creating client-focused value propositions.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and business development abilities.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and an innovative mindset.
