What's the role all about?As Partnerships Manager, you'll be the driving force behind compelling, multi-platform campaigns across a diverse portfolio of audio and publishing brands. You'll collaborate with agencies and clients across the regions, crafting strategic partnerships that deliver real impact and revenue growth.
You'll also play a key role in idea generation - from shaping creative concepts and influencing editorial teams, to delivering standout pitches and managing the campaign process end-to-end.
What you'll be doing:- Take the lead on understanding and responding to partnership briefs
- Run creative ideation sessions and extract meaningful insight
- Shape and influence ideas in collaboration with editorial teams
- Build and deliver standout partnership pitches and presentations
- Identify new client opportunities and revenue streams
- Nurture strong relationships across regional agencies and client networks
- Collaborate with account managers to support wider partnership conversations
- Be a go-to person for creative partnership solutions
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion
- Solid experience in media partnerships or a similar creative/commercial role
- A passion for storytelling and a creative-first mindset
- Strong knowledge of multi-platform media brands and audiences
- Proven success in delivering revenue-driving media solutions
- A good understanding of the radio landscape and its commercial power
- Aware of the broader media market and the competitive set
