We're on the hunt for a brilliant Partnerships Manager to join our National Agency Team in Manchester. If you're someone who loves turning a creative brief into standout ideas and thrives on building agency relationships, this could be your next big move.

What's the role all about?

As Partnerships Manager, you'll be the driving force behind compelling, multi-platform campaigns across a diverse portfolio of audio and publishing brands. You'll collaborate with agencies and clients across the regions, crafting strategic partnerships that deliver real impact and revenue growth.

You'll also play a key role in idea generation - from shaping creative concepts and influencing editorial teams, to delivering standout pitches and managing the campaign process end-to-end.

What you'll be doing:
  • Take the lead on understanding and responding to partnership briefs
  • Run creative ideation sessions and extract meaningful insight
  • Shape and influence ideas in collaboration with editorial teams
  • Build and deliver standout partnership pitches and presentations
  • Identify new client opportunities and revenue streams
  • Nurture strong relationships across regional agencies and client networks
  • Collaborate with account managers to support wider partnership conversations
  • Be a go-to person for creative partnership solutions
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Solid experience in media partnerships or a similar creative/commercial role
  • A passion for storytelling and a creative-first mindset
  • Strong knowledge of multi-platform media brands and audiences
  • Proven success in delivering revenue-driving media solutions
  • A good understanding of the radio landscape and its commercial power
  • Aware of the broader media market and the competitive set
